Welcome to MockFlow.

By accessing or using MockFlow ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Overview

MockFlow is a developer tool that allows users to create mock API endpoints and simulate API responses for testing, development, and educational purposes.

The Service may also include features for receiving and inspecting incoming HTTP requests (for example, webhook testing).


2. Use at Your Own Risk

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

By using MockFlow, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You use the Service entirely at your own risk
  • You are solely responsible for how you use any generated endpoints or webhook URLs
  • You are responsible for any data you send, receive, store, or expose using the Service

MockFlow is not responsible for:

  • Data leaks caused by user configuration
  • Misuse of endpoints or webhook URLs
  • Unauthorized access resulting from publicly shared URLs
  • Any damage, loss, or legal consequences arising from your usage

3. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockFlow and its owners shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Security breaches or data exposure
  • Misuse of the platform by you or third parties

4. User Responsibility

You agree that you will:

  • Use MockFlow only for lawful purposes
  • Not send sensitive, production, personal, financial, medical, or confidential data to mock endpoints, webhook URLs, or any other part of the Service
  • Not use the Service to collect, store, or transmit sensitive personal data without proper authorization
  • Not use the Service for malicious, abusive, or illegal activities
  • Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service

You are fully responsible for:

  • Any API endpoints you create
  • Any webhook URLs you expose
  • Any data transmitted through the Service

5. Public Endpoints & Webhooks

Some features of MockFlow may generate publicly accessible URLs.

You understand that:

  • These URLs may be accessed by anyone who has the link
  • MockFlow does not guarantee privacy or security of these endpoints
  • You should never send sensitive or production data to mock or webhook endpoints

6. Data Storage

Guest Users

  • Data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage)
  • Data may be lost if browser storage is cleared
  • MockFlow has no access to your local data

Account Users

  • Data is stored in cloud infrastructure
  • While reasonable measures are taken, we do not guarantee absolute security

7. Service Availability

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Limit or block access without notice
  • Introduce paid features in the future

We are not liable for any interruptions or changes.


8. No Warranty

MockFlow makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Accuracy of responses
  • Reliability of endpoints
  • Uptime or availability
  • Fitness for any particular purpose

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MockFlow and its owners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your misuse of endpoints or webhook features

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
